Dr. Callixte Kavuro

Director and legal counsel
Dr. Kavuro holds a doctor of law degree from Stellenbosch University and manages the legal consultancy of the firm. He is an immigration and refugee law expert as well as a passionate refugee rights advocate with extensive research, publishing, and teaching experience in the fields of constitutional law, criminal law, refugee and immigration law, and public international law.

Zingisa Mase

Office Administrator
Ms. Mase holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in International Relations and Politics from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and is currently pursuing the bachelor of laws at University of South Africa (UNISA). She has interest and passion for refugee and immigration law and is responsible for the administration of the firm.

Tinashe K. Madusise

Migrant and refugee consultant

Mr. Madusise holds a professional Master of Law (LLM) in Shipping Law from the University of Cape Town (UCT). He has recently completed another LLM specializing in Constitutional and Administrative Law with a minor dissertation component from UCT, which he awaits formal conferment. He is also the holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Limpopo.  He is deeply interested and committed to human rights law and harnessed his interest in immigration and refugee law through Langenhoven Attorneys Inc, where he worked as an intern.

Emihle Mgandela

Legal drafting assistant

Ms. Mgandela is a Political Studies graduate and Honours degree holder in Politics and International Relations from the University of the Western Cape. Working as a Legal Drafting Assistant, she supports the development of legal documents. She is passionate about governance, social justice, and advancing inclusive policy reform in South Africa and beyond. She aspires to further he academic journey by pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Studies.

Affectionately known as Pastor Tito, Mr. Haguma is a distinguished expert with extensive experience and qualifications in fostering social cohesion, facilitation, peacebuilding, and conflict management. As the leader of a Christian global network spanning 35 countries, he has cultivated a unique capacity to navigate complex socio-political landscapes. In addition to his leadership role, Tito serves as the Director of the Upskill Africa Initiative. His academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management and a Professional Doctorate in Poverty Alleviation and Community Development.
