He is an immigration and refugee law expert and a passionate refugee rights advocate with extensive research, publishing and teaching experience in the fields of constitutional law, criminal law, refugee and immigration law, and public international law.

Robin Titus
Legal consultant
He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree in 2020 at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) . After his studies, he gained extensive experience in both Immigration and Refugee Law. He completed his articles at the Refugee Rights Unit at the University of Cape Town (UCT) and at Le Roux Attorneys Inc, respectively. He specializes in Immigration and Refugee Law, rendering technical legal services while assisting our clients with temporary and permanent residency, asylum seeker applications and refugee related matters.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in International Relations and Politics from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and is currently pursuing the bachelor of laws at University of South Africa (UNISA). She has interest and passion for refugee and immigration law and is responsible for the administration of the firm.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Regenesys Business School and currently pursuing an MBA with University of South Africa (UNISA). He has completed a Diploma in law and Taxation and is currently pursuing an LLB to solidify his legal knowledge interest in the fields of immigration and refugee law, tax law and corporate law.
Theogene Haguma

Affectionately known as Pastor Tito, he is a distinguished expert with extensive experience and qualifications in fostering social cohesion, facilitation, peacebuilding, conflict management, Kingdom Leadership theology and diplomacy. He is therefore interested in facilitation of social cohesion between citizens and non-citizens with a particular focus on the local integration of non-citizens in local communities. As the leader of a Christian global network spanning 35 countries, he has cultivated a unique capacity to navigate complex socio-political landscapes. In addition to his leadership role, Tito serves as the Director of the Upskill Africa Initiative, a testament to his commitment to empowering communities and promoting sustainable development. His academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management and a Professional Doctorate in Poverty Alleviation and Community Development, underscoring his expertise in strategic management and community-centred development initiatives.
